IBC Fill Head

An IBC fill head goes along way to addressing the challenges that come with manual IBC filling, This manually operated units has been purposefully designed for easily cleaning which makes it a lot more hygienic. You can also use Cylinder actuated version of the fill head but they are rarelt used as the benefit is limited. To prevent the risk of segregation, a Matcon IBC Fill Head can be combined with a special "gentle let-down chute", greatly reducing the velocity of the product being fed to the IBC, in turn reducing the risk of segregation.
