Lynx in house services

Many of the polythene products supplied are manufactured on site and we run the following lines in house: - 4 x narrow width polythene extrusion lines complete with corona film treaters and in line printing facilities. - 3 x Dolci polythene film extrusion lines capable of extruding a range of tubing, sheeting and shrinkfilms in various configurations up to 3m wide. - 2 x Inline printing presses - 2 x inline bag on roll machines - 3 x modern bottom weld bag production lines - 1 x side weld bag production line - 1 x high speed coreless bag on roll line - 7 x pallet stretchfilm rewind and slitting machines for the production of hand stretchfilms, spiralwrap & miniwrap. - 1 x corrugated box making machine with gluer and slitter for short run box manufacture. - 2 x polythene recycling lines – allowing us to be green!
