Exhibition Skills Masterclass

In preparation for Kerax’s first exhibition at Making Cosmetics 2015 I attended an ‘Exhibition Skills Masterclass’ by John Harrison MIEx CMRS, organised by the UKTI.
I was really impressed by the delivery style and knowledge of John; he clearly is very experienced in this area and gave the attendees lots of take away tools to put into practice.
The top 3 tips I learned:
Identify your objective – why are you exhibiting? New product launches?
Set SMART goals and targets – Identify what will be your ROI. Sales? Increase in brand awareness?
Thoroughly work out your cost/budgets – keep the Financial Controller happy!
