FlexyPATFlexyPAT - the modular and flexible Process Automation Technology (PAT).
This is ideal for Process Design analysis and can give you valuable data for scale-up / scale-down studies. In addition to customised�all-in-one solutions, the modular concept allows the use of your existing hardware. Not�only does this reduce the cost but it also speeds up the automation process and increases User acceptance.
The system optionally includes a mobile frame which can either be wheeled straight into a walk-in fume cupboard or the top section can be slid onto the bench.
Temperature control is provided by a separate thermostat.
The following functions are possible:
Temperature regulation Stirrer speed and torque control
Gravimetric or volumetric controlled addition pH measurement and control Logging of processes and results
Automatic distillation with reflux divider and boiling point detection
Pressure/vacuum measurement and control
Hydrogenation function
Isothermal heat flow calorimetry
Automatic solubility curve calculation
Integration of online sensors (turbidity, midIR, FTIR, particle size measurement etc).
