The pontemSC is a precision sheet slot die coat system made from high quality certified industrial components. The FOM pontumSC provides an automated slot die sheet coating system for applications requiring high precision control of coating in repeated sheet fed steps

The sheet coater utilises fully integrated system control of the slot die head, pumps and substrate movement. XY-stages allow for precise Slot Die head and substrate positioning, while the Z-stage is optimised for ultra-smooth coating motion. An inline sheet feeding system allows for multiple consecutive coatings. The system facilitates easy execution of repeated precision coatings in a controllable, easily predictable manor, giving a high yield in each production run.

This industrial series sheet-to-sheet (S2S) coater is a designed for precision slot die coating of high-end functional films. It services the demand for industrial grade repeatability and accuracy through a fully-automated slot die sheet coating system.
