When ultra-fast adhesion is required, DELO-CA Cyanoacrylates are the adhesive of choice! Curing in seconds, they provide excellent adhesion when bonding nitrile rubber to PA housings in CEE 3-phase plug applications.

These plugs are used to connect electrical appliances to three-phase power systems, for example in the current feed at construction sites. They are also used in container ships at sea for secure current supply in rough seas.

Demanding testing requirements include humidity storage at 35°C and 95% RH; an operating temperature range of -25°C to +40°C; 240 hours aging resistance at +70°C; and a seal test of 30 minutes in a water depth of 1 metre (0.1 bar).
