DELO-ML anaerobic adhesives are used to bond ferrites to zinc-plated rotor bells by applying the adhesive between the ferrite and the metal housing after joining.
These one-part adhesives need no mixing and have unlimited working lifetimes. Permanent impact resistance is achieved even after aging at 80°C for 1,500 hours and at -40°C for 500 hours. The assembled parts survive a drop test of 1.5 metres.
DELO-ML adhesives provide excellent resistance to vibration in high-reliability applications. Initial strength is achieved in as little as 20 seconds.
