The PN3 valve combines precision, speed and slim dimensions in a single contact-less dispense system. Its modular design makes it easy to disassemble and clean, and the robust actuator means that it can dispense a broad range of adhesives at a speed of up to 330 dots per second. It can be integrated into an existing production line or used as a stand-alone valve with complete control provided by DELO's accompanying control system.

The actuator lifetime is typically in excess of 1 billion cycles, resulting in a long lifetime for the valve. Viscosities dispensed range from liquid to 500,000 mPas, with dispensing volumes from 2 to 5,000 nano-litres.
