Product Design

Due to our emphasis on design within the plastic injection mould industry we have gained extensive experience in designing products for an extensive variety of different markets. HMT can provide a complete in house project managed service from design, tool making, production and assembly. We use Computer Assisted Design (CAD) software. CAD is a high tech, robust and very accurate design tool. As part of our product design service we are able to provide our expertise on ideal materials, desired finish, predict and eliminate possible production problems and take into account complex solutions in order to manufacture issues including, stress analysis, shear analysis, thermal analysis and also fluid flow analysis.
