NIRO P6.3N

1 off Niro P6.3N spray drying plant in excellent condition and with stainless steel structure. Originally installed in 2000 it is fitted with nozzle atomisation with options for Co and counter current. The NIRO P6.3N includes acoustic enclosed fans and with a selection of mixing vessels and pumps. Powder separation is by cyclone with a venturi scrubber for environmental protection. A sieve is provided with an enclosure for connection to extraction system. The evaporative capacity of the NIRO P6.3N is 20-60 kg/h and the minimum feed requirement is approx 100 kg. The chamber is 2.0 metre diameter by 2.0 meters length with 60 degree cone bottom. An electrical heater provides heat to the chamber heating 630 kg/h of drying air. The unit is available for viewing at our Harlow factory by appointment.
