Eriez Salient Pole Rare Earth Drum Separators feature a self-cleaning design and generate an exceptionally strong magnetic field of up to 6,000 gauss. This powerful capability enables SPRE drums to effectively remove foreign contaminants even in the most challenging food processing environments.

Utilising neodymium or samarium-cobalt rare earth magnets, SPRE drums offer magnetic force that significantly surpasses conventional magnets such as ferrite or alnico. Rare earth magnets maintain a strong magnetic field over an extended distance, ensuring thorough separation of metal contaminants.
