Eriez-Europe has made significant strides in enhancing its operational capabilities with the installation of three custom-built paint booths at its Caerphilly, UK facility. This substantial investment highlights the company’s dedication to refining production processes, improving product quality, bolstering environmental responsibility, and supporting growth across Europe.

The newly installed paint booths offer considerable capacity and are equipped with advanced high-temperature “oven” drying functions, which dramatically reduce production times and allow for quicker turnaround of painted products. Additionally, these booths feature powerful duplex fans that maintain excellent air quality within the workspace, ensuring a healthier environment for employees and a flawless finish on products.

Gareth Thomas, Operations Director at Eriez-Europe, points out that this latest investment represents a key step towards achieving the company’s ambitious long-term development plans. "By increasing our paint line capacity, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the production of more consistent products while minimising environmental impact, we are well-positioned to move forward with our next phase of expansion and sustainability goals."

Commissioned for use in May 2024 and constructed by UK-based Rowley Spray Booths, these new paint booths are expected to immediately streamline operations, boost productivity, and further improve the quality of Eriez-Europe’s extensive range of magnetic separation, metal detection, and material handling equipment.
