Carbon and Graphite Hot Zone Insulation

We supply Carbon and Graphite Hot Zone Insulation in both the flexible and rigidised forms predominantly used in graphite vacuum furnaces. Coidan Graphite Products stock standard boards and felts and manufacture bespoke graphite insulation cylinders as hot zone interiors. Our cylinders are morticed and bonded producing cylinders with tight joints which don't leak over time as happens when insulation cylinders are manufactured from butt jointed staves. To complement the range of graphite insulation we also supply the CFC and graphite foil protective facings.
