The Uchida BC-10 Business card cutter is ideal to work in conjunction with any digital printer or litho print that needs to produce high quality on demand business cards. The innovative Uchida BC-10 is ideal for any environment with touch button set-up and deep pile feed tray. Starting with A4 size pages that have been printed with 10 cards on a page, the BC-10 can cut the pages into business cards, with unbelievable ease, speed, and accuracy.The Uchida BC10 has a register mark system that adjusts where it cuts on each sheet depending on where the image has been put onto the sheet. This ensures an accuracy of cut not possible on an ordinary guillotine.
Producing business cards using a guillotine can be time consuming and, because of the number of cuts and handling, there is always a risk of something going wrong.
With the Uchida BC10 Up to 120 Business Cards can be cut every minute with a beautiful crisp edge. The machine has a cutter life of up to 17 million Business Cards ensuring an amazingly low cost of ownership.
1. Layout your business cards either 8-up or 10-up onto a template using a computer. Either with gutters for full bleed or without gutters.
2. Print on onto A4 card using a Copier or Printer.
3. Insert your printed card into the BC-10, set to your template and push the start button. Watch as your cards are quickly cut and fed into two collection trays.
