ACL 200 Composite Can Labeller and Recutting Machine
The long tubes are fed into a hopper and an individual tube is then loaded onto a mandrel. This mandrel is then indexed through 90 degrees to the labelling station where it meets a glued label. After the label has been applied to the tube the mandrel indexes another 90 degrees to the cutting station where knives can cut the labelled tube into the familiar individual can lengths. The mandrel indexes another 90 degrees where the cut and labelled tubes are ejected from the machine. The mandrel indexes again to the first station in order for another tube to be loaded. With 4 such mandrels the machine is able to cycle at up to 35 tubes (indexes) per minute. The machine is complete with One Set (4 mandrels) in order to suit your diameter, with up to 7 Knife Units included.Visit the C Perkin Ltd website for more information on ACL 200 Composite Can Labeller and Recutting Machine
