Rubber Washers and Square section seals

We can offer to manufacture rubber and silicone washers, and square sections seals all by using many different processes set out to meet the end users requirements. Butser Rubber currently manufacture rubber washers in all the rubbers seen on the materials page, but the most common washers/square section seals are manufactured in: FKM / Viton® (DuPont) / Fluorocarbon, Silicone, Flurosilicone, Natural rubber (NR QX Def Stan 93), EPDM rubber and Nitrile. Butser Rubber use a lathe cutting process to supply customers with a larger volume of washers and square section seals. Manufacturing washers on a lathe is an efficient way of keep consistency across a batch, as well as being very cost effective with little material waste, providing a good value product for your requirements. Butser Rubber manufacture rubber washers in a range of hardness and colours, and manufacture as soft as 10 Shore hard in Silicone using a compression moulding process, (Example: very soft diffuser seals), and as high as 95 Shore using polyurethane washer materials. We have a full gasket stamping process in house for custom washers and one-off designs up to 1 metre x 1 metre.
