Rubber Grommets

At Butser rubber we manufacture custom rubber and silicone grommits for a number of industries including a one off special for motorsport and aerospace. We also have a continuous multi-million componant production line of idustry and automotive. Butser Rubber pride ourselves in being suppliers of high and low temperature silicone grommets to aerospace and defence sectors, and currently manufacture High UV resistant EPDM grommets directly to line-side for the Automotive Industry. Butser Rubber also Supply a number of the Formula one teams and their component manufacturers with special Viton Grommets (Viton® Dupont) and FKM moulded grommet components. Using modular tooling, Butser Rubber are able to manufacture many 'Open' and 'Blind / Blank' grommets using an interchangeable tooling base, so if you require similar designed grommets with different end configurations (For Example one Open Grommet and one Blind / Blank Grommet), we can keep the cost of the tooling down by trying to standardise production or use composite moulds.
