Beckum, 02. September 2016 BEUMER Customer Support ensures reliable intralogistic processes: For BEUMER Group, Customer Support is much more than just a service. While it was once enough to "simply" prevent or quickly solve malfunctions and machine downtimes, the intralogistics provider has now significantly extended this service. Approximately 1,000 employees worldwide now work for this business segment. They take care of the customer, starting with the first project discussion, up until the system is in operation. Customer support comprises different types of agreements. With its Residential Service, the group assumes, for example, the responsibility to provide trouble-free operation on site, even for the long-term.
