Labelling of Coil Springs

Chassis springs are to be labeled with the corresponding load class on the basis of an individual load measurement result. The labeling system receives the information from an upstream system that carries out the measurement. Depending on the required output, the customer should decide between a single or double-stroke variant.The variable data can be printed quickly and easily on the label using a label printer. In the case of a double cycle variable, 2 label print dispensers should be used. The label is printed before application. The labels can be printed in one or more colors, depending on the requirements.
