Dual Compound Tube Labelling

This fully automatic labelling system incorporates a flighted conveyor which ensures maximum control of the tubes from infeed to outfeed.The tubes are picked and rotated in conjunction with the Print and apply unit which comprises of an Intermec PX series printer and custom applicator. Product data such as barcode, Lot and expiry date are printed on demand reducing label wastage associated with offline printing. The trailing edge of the label is finally pressed home to ensure 100 contact with the tube prior to exiting at the outfeed.
