Here at Apropa Machinery Ltd we are able to solve the majority of problems via phone and email here in the U.K. We are happy for customers to either contact us at our office or speak to our engineers directly so that we are able to assist you to get your machine running again. If we are not able to fix the issue over the phone, we will then know which replacement parts are needed and have them shipped to you overnight. Alternatively all our suppliers have their own technical staff who are ready to assist you.
