Small Scale Chocolate Tanks

The small scale chocolate tanks are developed to melt and keep chocolate, cream, sauces etc. There is the possibility to fit the tank with pump for automatic extraction of the product controlled by a button or pedal level sensor positioned inside the tempering’s bowl.
