URGENT - CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Dear Customers, It appears that the Covid-19 virus outbreak will affect us all in some way, we wish all our clients good health and to keep safe. The coming weeks will be challenging throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. We will be following government guidelines in order to protect our staff and clients alike, and await further news to see how this will affect us all. We continue to monitor the situation and act in the best interests of everyone, taking precautionary actions and reacting to maintain continuation of supply in all situations where possible, and issue any further updates only when there are significant changes known. At the moment (17/03/2020) the UK is not under any specific lockdown or limitations, however, like most countries people are self-quarantining if they have any flu-like symptoms. We expect that wherever possible we will continue on the ‘business as usual’ approach, however there may be some inevitable supply delays which we will minimise with our comprehensive stock levels. Our shipping agents delivering across Europe suggest at this time there are no restrictions to movement of goods, however with country lock downs there may be some delivery delays may occur in the coming days / weeks / months. It may be that congestion within the network may arise, with border controls, distribution hubs and limited drivers. We will be asking for clients to confirm that they are open to receive shipments. We will need to ask for local updates relating to deliveries and restrictions that may be imposed outside our control. We will endeavour to supply from our existing stocks and new shipments coming in, however we reserve the right to limit out of the ordinary stock demands in order that we can supply fairly across our client base.
