Profile Series 60

The series 60 is constructed on the grid dimension 60 x 60 mm and its multiples. The groove depth of 19 mm and the groove width of 14 mm are created for the use of M12 DIN screws. Fastening with M6, M8 and M10 threaded unions is possible.The high-quality aluminum alloy, AlMgSi 0,7 F28, makes for high strength and stability of the profiles. Together with the amazing innovative geometry they can also be used for applications with maximum load, which are actually reserved for structural steelwork. The face side center bore channel ø = 14.5 mm is created for direct tapping of M16 thread, and for a self-tapping M12 thread insert. The outer bore channels ø = 10.5 mm are created for direct tapping of M12 thread, and for a self-tapping M8 thread insert or a Helicoil M10 wire thread insert. Series 60 profiles are used for machine frames with high loads and for large portals.
