A1Box-Starpac Pallet Packs

***Pallet packs are basically boxes on pallets, the difference is how they are attached to the pallet***. The pallet pack comprises of a 4 way entry pallet , base tray which usually has a 100mm lip, a corrugated cardboard box sleeve which has concertina creases into it so it is collapsible, and a corrugated cardboard cap with a 100mm lip that fits over the corrugated cardboard tray. The material used is usually a mixture of conventional double wall corrugated cardboard board usually a 300K/300T "BC" double wall for the tray and cap, the sleeve can be in the same corrugated cardboard box material ,or in a heavy duty corrugated cardboard box material.
